Gift of Stock / Cash via Wire Transfer

To make a gift of stock or a gift of cash via wire transfer, please:
1. Complete this Gifting Instructions Form.
2. Send the form to giftnotification@cct.org, and copy ATemkin@cct.org prior to transmitting your donation.

For gifts of stock, please be sure to provide the following information in the form:
• Stock name
• Quantity of shares
• CUSIP number
• The transfer from account number

For wire transfers:
• Please include the name of the banking institution transmitting your donation
